During BTO 2016, 5stelle* will present the POCKET PMS, the latest addition to its touch tools, a series of features that allow the hotelier and their collaborators to work directly from a tablet or smartphone.
The POCKET PMS is designed for those who always want to have a picture of the situation and/or managing small structures and cannot distance themselves from the hotel planner: departing guests, arrivals, daily production, turnover and cashed payments, new reservations and how they were received. The POCKET PMS has various functions, e.g. checking availability, inserting a reservation which will automatically appear directly on the reception’s planner as well as updating all online availabilty! With the Pocket PMS you can also check in a guest or even change the price of the last available room on Booking.com.

Studiato per chi desidera avere sempre la situazione sotto controllo o per chi, gestendo piccole strutture, non può allontanarsi dal proprio planner, il Pocket PMS è un touch tools che consente all’albergatore di portare sempre con sé la situazione e gli indici più importanti dell’hotel. Chi parte, chi arriva, la produzione giornaliera, il fatturato e l’incassato, tutte le nuove prenotazioni ed i canali di provenienza. Dal Pocket è possibile ad esempio verificare la disponibilità in struttura ed inserire una prenotazione che arriverà diritta sul planner in reception aggiornando, tra l’altro, la disponibilità su tutta la vendita online!
